Refunds and Exchanges

We take great pride in our products and handmake them with love for your pets!

Refunds will not be issued for normal wear and tear associated with use of our collars or for damages due to improper care. Collars with plastic hardware are not to be used with retractable leashes or leashes over 6ft in length.  If you believe your purchase to be defective, please reach out to us via our contact page so we may further assist you.

Exchanges are available if a size is ordered incorrectly (Please utilize our sizing chart prior to purchasing) within 3 weeks of purchase. Customers are solely responsible for the cost of shipping. Upon product arrival, we will verify its condition and mail out the replacement. All product must pass inspection in order to qualify for an exchange. We will not exchange used or damaged products. Please reach out to our contact page to coordinate any exchange requests.
